San Antonio Sunset Strip

The Sunset Strip in San Antonio is where Ibiza first turned sunset watching into a ritual. A run of west facing bars along the rocks looks straight out over the bay, and as the sky ignites a crowd gathers, drinks in hand, for the nightly show. You do not need to spend a cent to enjoy it, since the seafront promenade gives the same view, but grabbing a spot at one of the long standing chill out bars remains a rite of passage on any first trip to the island.
